Washington-Husky, you just described my diet!! lol I usually eat the same thing around 6 and am full all evening. I usually have a salad with my meat and veggies, though. I am a light snacker and stick to sugar free jello, chocolate cream cheese or the occasional pork rinds and diet Pepsi.
Yes, it is an amazing little dietary "trick" when you can have a healthy, fulfilling dinner, that actually keeps you feeling sated
plus gives you the strength to "just say no" to all those tasty late night snacks (that go right to the stomach, thighs, and butt!)
I think, for me, that's what's been most important about the high protein + fat + low carb dinner plan, is that it simply helps me "stay the course". So, you've got my vote.
