I know. Ten freepers have corrected me re: the airlines. I listen to the radio and southwest is anti-fatties and the other one fires drunken pilots. I'm flying United to Denver to Las Vegas for Friva Las Vegas. Are they okay?

Well, they're safe, but expect to be treated like a piece of dirt by every United employee you come in contact with. They're reviled by fliers as the rudest crews in the country.

You are right on the money. I fly to Chicago a couple of times a month on United. Steerage on the Titanic had to be better. I would fly SouthWest, but I need to fly into O'Hare(cold comfort, that).

Thanks for the info. Guess they roughed O' Reilly up pretty good. I'm not taking much stuff, wearing sandals and let me put it this way - THE TICKET WAS REAL CHEAP. Guess they're rep is getting around. The worst part of my journey will be the airbus from Fla to Denver. I have 3 Boeings other than that. I'm a little creeped out but I want to go to Friva Las Vegas more than not. That's a ringing endorsement plus my brother lives there.
