The article makes it seem that the DA's hands are tied now and can't prosecute the FBI agent as the grand jury came back with an unfavorable verdict (we'll never know the actual vote count on it). Is this true?
Thankfully Schultz's civil lawsuit will bring out some more of the facts in this case.

they will settle out of court and "WE VILL KNOW NUTHING".

Mark my words. The gubment does not want us thinking that FBI agents can shoot anyone they want to and get away with it.
