It is still being investigated. I haven't heard any news today so far. It is my understanding that there are still pockets of bad guys there against whom they still conduct operations.

Marine Lieutenant General Michael DeLong says the unprecedented joint US-Canadian investigation found the cause of the April 17 bombing "to be the failure of the two pilots to exercise appropriate flight discipline, which resulted in a violation of the rules of engagement and an inappropriate use of lethal force".
