Nope. It's obviously a sick culture. It's just that nobody has posted any evidence that this was done for specifically Islamic reasons. Many of these tribal peoples are only superficial converts to Islam, just as many African and Haitian people are only superficial converts to Christianity.

Pakistan is an Islamic country, the gang rape was an order issued by a court.

I can agree from this article, it's not clear this punishment was given because of Islamic law or some tribal law ---but it's close enough to the Taliban type justice in Afghanistan which was definitely Islamic law.
