It really has reached unprecedented levels of surrealism when our Federal Leviathan can "misplace/lose" $Billions upon $Billions each and every year and the Sheeple continue to allow the BureaucRATS to pathetically beg fer more of my hard-earned money!!! I say every time $XX cannot be accounted for in a departmental budget, it is removed from the budget for the upcoming year.
