Without having read his full opinion, I would essentially agree,
although I'm yet a little uneasy over the emphasis on minorities and his nibbling around the edges of the "poverty causes crime" bit.

He's essentially throwing their B.S. right back at them when he says "...If society cannot end racial discrimination, at least it can arm minorities with the education to defend themselves from some of discriminations effects" ..In other words he's telling the left to put up or shut up.
