RE: Post #11

And after the war, the British didn't even bother to return the guns, they pitched them into the Atlantic.

It must be something in their tea. Did they switch brands in the early 20th century?

What happened to the Limies? Did the two world wars kill off most of their real men?

The Boers got them.

. In 1994, an English homeowner, armed with a toy gun, managed to detain two burglars
who had broken into his house, while he called the police. When the officers
arrived they arrested the homeowner for using an imitation gun to threaten or
intimidate. Now the police are pressing parliament to make imitation guns illegal.

Don't bury 'em. The bones will be there a loooonnng time. Leave 'em on top for the coyotes. Coyotes'll eat almost anything, maybe even burglars.

"They" live in gated communities and have bodyguards. "They" only travel in the safetest circles and have drivers for their cars. "They" do not fear criminals because they will only in the rarest circumstances come in contact with them. "They" have the best police protection. "They" do fear an armed populace.

Temporary insanity claims are dissallowed. The fact is self defense is a rational act and as such is condemned by liberal purists. Now if you went on an old time revenge mission and wiped out the assailant's entire family including their dogs and pot plants then you might be regarded as a victim of society and subject to Therapy.
