His bail was frozen apparently by the feds. He is still in and like I put on the other thread he is still under questioning for "other things", and they will be the one's with the updates to the press.

That is excellent news. Yay feds!

He raped an eleven-year-old girl and IMO was a serious flight risk. $200,000 bail seemed low to me even before you clued us in on the 9/11 angle. I'm glad he's still in the pokey.

Okay, I hadn't read the other thread till now. Thanks, and from that thread:

To: TexKat By the way he is still in jail.Apparently they are holding the $200,000bond in freeze. Meaning the govt. is trying to get it raised so they can work on their investigation. The naples daily news ran the exact same story today to basically say he was still in jail.
