The Government must decide what is the best use of all property for the Common Good.

By the time the American people wake up, it will be too late. Sadly, I think it's already too late. Any progress is but a one-step forward to provide a false illusion. The two-steps backward will prevail, I am afraid.

The property rights movement is a political movement of some force that is just beginning to make inroads in the political scene. We have a lot of work ahead of us, but we can still take back our property rights and bring constitutional government back to America.

"Certainly, there's a lot of information being spread around about horror stories that have happened in the past, and there are actions that the National Park Service has taken in the past that we wouldn't do today," said Martha Crusius, a planner within the agency's Pacific Great Basin Support Office in Oakland, Calif. I gather these new policies took effect the day of the interview.
"As to tactics to turn people into willing sellers," she continued, "I have never been aware of those tactics being used. We are a federal agency with constraints to purchase property, and that's awfully hard for people to understand."
Either Martha doesn't get out much or she's a boldfaced liar. Or both.

Ms. Crusius, but as long as I am paying the taxes on the land in question...it is mine, past or present!

I wonder if posterity will ever recognize how much FReepers like AuntB, GrandmaC, and Jeff Head have done to promote that goal!

Call me Mr. Skeptical. I don't see it happening. Not now. The brakes are gone.

We are a federal agency with constraints to purchase property, and that's awfully hard for people to understand."'And that's why we have our flying monkeys, the environmental non-profits, do all the advance work. Why should we pay for it, when "concerned environmentalists" can always find a reason to restrict its usage into worthlessness for the owners?'

"We're gone," Crawford-Hall said. "They made it financially impossible to stay. That whole thing of the willing seller, I think it's a plain-out lie. They create circumstances to force you to sell."
Guys, The lady has THAT one stone cold right. And, if this isn't covered by RICO, NOTHING should be. Peace and love, George.

Something must be done about NGO's, and now. They need to be outlawed. The only way to defeat this is for States to take back their power and property from the Fed.
To: Madame Dufarge
Well, why don't some of us do a little research? Let's find out where in the federal code the law is that allows the government to give grants to, fund or otherwise pass money along to nonprofits. It is patently unconsitituional for our government to be funding agencies, that are not part of the government and that work so actively against the constitutional rights of citizens. When the spigot is turned off, we shall see a plethora of funds that the feds can use for what they are supposed to use it for, and hopefully the NGOs will wither and die the death they deserve. Why can't we do this? There are plenty of talented researchers on FR that could dig down into the federal code and find out how the abomination of public/private partnership through NGOs was birthed.
