Being that the District Of Chaos is 80% black - and has a population of several hundred thousand within city limits - anything less than 500,000 showing is a failure.

As an American of African decent I have to say this kind of gold-digging makes my blood boil. "We weren't asked if we wanted to be citizens." This guy must be on some new high-tech kind of drug that is only available in his area. If he so doesn't want to be an American citizen, the great thing about this country is: he can buy a ticket and leave any time he wishes. He can decide when he gets to Africa if he wants to be a Hutu or a Tutsi.

It was great to read the more conservative blacks responses. Sometimes I feel like me, JC Watts and Allen Keyes are the only conservative thinking blacks around. Oh there is that radio guy out of Denver as well.

Actually it's closer to 65%, if not 60%. There are a lot (well, more than people think) of Hispanics here. And a large portion of the black 30-40 years olds have left for PG.

Considering that black (was I supposed to capitalize that?) participation in elections is very low in certain sections, large turnout is not to be expected. This whole statehod/reparations thing is media balderdash.

"Being that the District Of Chaos is 80% black..."

I hope this doesn't come across as being too naive, but don't "many" of those 80% of people there, have jobs to attend?
