I felt the rumble and my computer screen shook. I'm on the third floor and 80% of us felt it; a few didn't notice.
I'd say it happened at about 1:40 pm.
Didn't feel a thing. My daughter works on the third floor of Hardin Memorial Hospital. They felt it.
