You didn't answer the question. I must assume that you are therefore dishonest. Your position is that murder and self-defense are actually only defined by the "collective" and in absence of a government any one of us has the right to murder another.
We collectively have the right to put people to death for their crimes and we collectively have outlawed pot.
No biggie from what I can see and I havent heard a single argument that even remotely sounds convincing..
The people of the States outlawed prostitution, building nukes in the garage AND growing weed.. and no one has proved to me that cannot do this thus far..
