Not going to happen. The islamic insane death cultists who pull something like this will just be ten or 20 friends from a mosque in San Diego or Denver out on a weekend field trip.
You're right but I could see even fewer getting the job done with just a little thought put into it.
There are way too many ways to cause major destruction in the U.S. without a lot of money,special equipment,training or even half a brain.
