I found it hard to believe it was real, but I checked, and it's on AP and Reuters (Drudge's AP link doesn't work right now, Reuters does).
So will Bush now say the Administration is ethnic profiling? Are Yemenis the sole group checked? By avoiding other Arab nationalities, does that make the profiling more "national" and not "ethnic" or "racial"?
I bet it gradually spreads to other Arab countries, but that Bush will never admit that it's "ethnic profiling." Maybe Norm Mineta is on the way out. Good riddance.

Excellent news. At last America rises to defend her interests.
Thermoses for bombs...what are the night-vision goggles for? The specificity is fascinating.

An army Colonel friend of mine was quietly sent from the staff and faculty of the Army War College to Yemen about 4 months ago. I heard tonight that he would be home by (or for) Christmas.
I keep my ears perked up for US military news from Yemen, but it's few and far between. Thanks for the news, Wallaby.
