Wrong -- Ronald Reagan had precisely the correct move when Jimmy Carter would phone up, wanting to go here, there and everywhere -- Reagan did not take the call.

Bush is a fool to even consider an IMPEACHED former president as some kind of official envoy, let alone sanction a visit.
