TRANSSEXUAL FOSTER CARE BILL PASSES COMMITTEE HURDLE
AB 2651 Would Teach Foster Children to Embrace Transsexual, Bisexual and Homosexual Lifestyles
Sacramento Controversial legislation to promote transsexuality, bisexuality and homosexuality throughout Californias foster care system was passed today by the Assembly Human Services Committee on a party line vote. Democrats voted yes; and Republicans voted no. Governor Gray Davis has yet to announce his position on the bill.
AB 2651 by Democrat Assemblywoman Judy Chu of Monterey Park would indoctrinate foster children to embrace and experiment with transsexual, bisexual and homosexual behavior. Under the guise of discrimination and harassment foster care staff would be forced to put a priority on finding homosexual men and lesbian women to be foster parents. Foster care staff and foster parents would be forced to accept homosexual behavior and cross-dressing by foster youth, and all foster parents will be required to undergo sensitivity training on homosexual, bisexual and transgender issues.
In an attack on freedom of conscience, AB 2651 requires foster parents and foster care staff to be sensitive to cross-dressing by foster children and homosexual behavior. Today in the committee hearing Assemblywoman Chu stated that the word sensitive means supportive of foster children engaging in these sexual lifestyles.
Supporting AB 2651 are the ACLU and CAPE, the states largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender organization. Opposing the bill are Campaign for California Families, Committee on Moral Concerns, Traditional Values Coalition, Capitol Resource Institute, the Association of Christian Schools International, and the County of San Diego.
We feel sorry for the vulnerable children in foster care who are being targeted by homosexual and transsexual activists hungry for new territory, said Randy Thomasson, Executive Director of Campaign for California Families, a statewide nonprofit, nonpartisan family issues leadership organization. A large number of California foster parents have a sincere religious belief on raising children to respect healthy sexual relationships. By requiring foster parents to participate in pro-transsexuality, bisexuality, and homosexuality sensitivity" training, AB 2651 will drive conscientious, caring parents out of the system. These offensive requirements will significantly reduce the available foster care homes for needy children. This outrageous bill's overly broad language coupled with these far reaching requirements could actually require foster parents to allow a boy to wear women's clothing in front of other foster children and schoolchildren.

Got that right. The way it's worded is soooo tricky. Makes it look all soft and cushy but in practice it will be a NIGHTMARE for the kids. Sometimes I just feel so bad about the state of affairs in the golden state. Poor exploited vulnerable little kids.
Keep up the fight for truth, justice and the innocence of children.
Yes BUT along with "loving" the sinner there is supposed to be REPENTANCE.
Welcome to Sodom and Gomorrah!
