Patriots Rally Update:

Dave reports things started to get dicey for a few minutes.The radical nitwits, about 40, continue to attempt their disruptions with their bullhorns blarring "F-You" and 1 finger salutes as they march up and down Constitution Ave adjacent to our Rally. Dave stated that these "peace people" are extremely violent. More Capitol Police are on the scene.

Staff Sergeant Christopher Breman, USA, in uniform, was speaking as Dave and I were on the phone. He was recently awarded for his heroism when he rescued numerous folks from the burning Pentagon on 9/11.

The wind is picking up with possible thunder showers.

Capital gain income and ordinary dividend and interest income are economically indistinguishable. And they should not be distinguished in the tax law (at least in theory). The canny investor arranges his affairs to avoid recognizing capital gains in any event. Sorry to stray off topic. Cheers.
