Surely we will all see Admin Mod PUT A STOP TO THIS AND ADMONISH Southflank...just as I was in this thread.

It's easiest when things are black and white
Impeachment was an opportunity for congressmen to demonstrate corruption or law
The Dems with 5 exceptions demonstrated corruption
the Pubs (with some exceptions) demonstrated Law
This established the Dems as Party of Corruption and GOP as Party of Law
The Dems have not reversed course, have sunk deeper into it
As far as I can make out the GOP is seeking some compromise position now
What the results of this choice will be, we don't know yet
Among the idealists on FR, many of them were not Bush supporters to begin with
In retrospect it seems naive of me to have believed the GOP would continue the plateau where Impeachment left off
but at the time of the election, it was crystal clear that if we didn't get Bush in, we would lose our Republic to a tyrant
we are safe now, I just don't know where the present muddled course will take us

The complaint alleges that Trulock’s First Amendment rights were violated by Freeh and other FBI officials when, after Trulock wrote an article critical of the FBI, they ordered his personal computer files by seized by FBI agents.

This is outstanding news for FReeper Notra Trulock and Larry Klayman and all the rest of us. Thanks for posting the news release in #677 and thank you for flagging me to it.
