Yesterday I spent some time with a family member who arrived here about six years ago. He was a "winner" in Cuba's visa lottery.

He was one of over six million who applied.

Cuba has about eleven million people.

Why is our state department bent on amnestying a bunch of Mexican illegals that will 'citizenize' in the dimocrp party and turning down so many Cubans (who probably will *not* vote dimocrap?)? What is Cuba's quota anyway?
