We're a big fish to fry...we'll see what comes next. How could we be defeated unless our economy is first destroyed, or we are suprise-nuked? Whoever attempted a protracted conflict with us would find it a mighty labor.

I'll agree with that. But Pistias, things could get very rocky if the UN cast us as the evil empire inidicting our President and or military leadership. With possible sanctions levied under the umbrella of the WTO, and convictions before the ICC, we could see some difficult times. What if the EU became the favored step-child of the UN, with it's currency being favored at the direction of the UN? I just think we're messing with fire here.
