Your position that this republic can not be saved is cowardly as it is slothful. Just who was it that told you that you have the option of sitting on you dead backside and alllowing anyone to destroy this nation . The American republic is not an accident of time and geography , it is a divine gift. Because those who are supposed to lead the nation according to constituional princeples have failed in their duty does not relieve us , that is , the people from taking up the slack . Give up because our fate is sealed ? According to whom? I can find scant mention in the word referring to the United States. I believe that a better case can be made that we are not part of the world that will be the enemy of Israel therefor of God than can be made to the contrary . It may be there are those who haveleave to sit out the comming conflict . I do not . When I was young and foolish I swore an oath to protect and defend the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic . I have to wonder where is the place of refuge if there is no free republic . During the Second World War Albert Einstein had to flee Germany , he came here . Where do the new refugees go ? Still having trouble translating Arab to Earth-speak. Apparently, in Arabspeak, targeting concentrations of gunmen belonging to organizations that have explicitly declared unrestricted war on you and your people, are actively engaged in the exchange of fire with your forces, have been urged and ordered by their leader to "fight to the death," and have repeatedly refused opportunities and entreaties to surrender, is "indiscriminate".

One wonders what would constitute a "discriminate" attack in Arabspeak. (One suspects the answer is one directed against Jewish women and children.)

If I were Israel, I would say, "come and get us." Who are they going to send? - the eunochs from the U.N. or E.U.? Neither one has the moral authority, the power or the guts to do anything. It's all a bunch of empty rhetoric. Israel is no Serbia. Israel's military is stronger than all of Europe's combined.

Sorry to have taken so long to reply.You have confused the Republic with the current cast of characters who have betrayed their obligation to protect and defend the constitution . Since you make it clear that you are prepared to abandon this blessed nation,I'll stick by my earlier statement .
