Pretty hilarious he's criticized for having bad relations with other African leaders; heck, there has to be something wrong with someone who gets along with that collection of megalomaniacs and criminals.

But on other issues, Mr. Wade has not shied from being the lone uncompromising man. During a conference on racism last year in Durban, South Africa, Mr. Wade opposed most African leaders in their calls for reparations for slavery. Africa, he said, must look forward.I remember when that happened, he said Senegalese Kings were partly behind the slave trade, so he might have to pay reparations. Wahd sounds like a very, very good man.
