The bartender will impeach Brenda's testimony, Cherokee Youngs will impeach Brenda's testimony, Glennie Nasland will impeach Brenda's testimony and as far as the transcripts indicate, Barbara Easton and Denise will also impeach Brenda's testimony. Could it be that Brenda is telling the truth and everyone else got it wrong?

Read a little closer, to what the judge says about Barb, Denise and the bartender, that their testimony did not indicate impeachement as stated by Feldman, who had to back up. Only Glennie's and Cherokee's statements were stipulated, and only for the purposes of speeding the PH. At Trial is where this issue will be duked out.
