I'm being accused of posting "porn" in the forum...

It's not porn, just a pathetic attempt at humor.

He said that obviously the elitists are winning the argument.

Yep, that George Bush sure is a chip off the old block.

Just like his elitist, new-world-order pushing daddy.

But we warned the GOP before they nominated him. Of course they wouldn't listen.

(Not to mention someone who's just as confused as our courts and our sick society on what is -- and is not -- pornographic Free Speech.)

Good point - we cannot let "the flavor of the month" decide which nonviolence-inciting speech is permissable.

But we could see his position change in mid-stream. His lst, and gut, reaction was support for Israelis. Then when the pressure came, he caved. I can respect anyone's position as long as it is honest. I don't get that from him.

Neither do I. Again, I put it down to genetics.

Er - you're welcome - we can never tell if you're being sarcastic or not.

The War On Porn (War On The 1st Amendment) and The War On Drugs (War On The 4th Amendment) ensure that the pornographers and drug kingpins are the last to go...

Are you as tired of being called a drug lover as I'm as tired of being called a porn lover, or what?

I'm beginning to see your argument about genetics, i.e. new world order, etc. But, his father was an ambassador and CIA. #43 was not at all "world-oriented". His interest was not in foreign affairs whatsoever. I still think he is succombing to Powell & Assocs. for the time being.

That's about right.

Fatherly Advice to the President on North Korea

Carlyle's Way
"Shortly after George W. Bush was sworn in as president, he broke off talks with North Korea regarding long-range ballistic missiles, claiming there was no way to ensure North Korea would comply with any guidelines that were developed. The news came as a shock to South Korean officials, who had spent years negotiating with the North, assisted by the Clinton administration. By June, Mr. Bush had reopened negotiations with North Korea, but only at the urging of his own father. According to reports, the former president sent his son a memo persuasively arguing the need to work with the North Korean government. It was the first time the nation had seen the influence of the father on the son in office.

But what has been overlooked was Carlyle's business interest in Korea. The senior Bush had spearheaded the group's successful entrance into the South Korean market, paving the way for buyouts of Korea's KorAm Bank and Mercury, a telecommunications equipment company. For the business to be successful, stability between North and South Korea is critical.

Carlyle says to invest $80 mln in Korea tech firms

"The State Department's 1999 report stated that North Korea had links with Osama bin Laden."

"As in earlier reports, the CIA identified Russia, China and North Korea as "key suppliers" of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons materials and missile-delivery systems. For the first time, the report included a section on the use by terrorists of unconventional weapons. According to the report, Osama bin Laden and groups allied with him are interested in "staging unconventional attacks" and have sought materials to develop chemical, biological and nuclear weapons since the early 1990s."...."North Korea exported "significant" ballistic missile goods to the Middle East"

It appears that Pres. Bush looks quite a bit like Tom Brokaw in the above picture.  Does anyone have a pic of TB to compare?
