It's not just an American thing. Planned Parenthood (aka Planned Barrenhood) loves to spread their anti-life message all around the world, especially in countries where there are a lot of dark skinned people. PP loves to rid society of undesirables - you know, the ignorant masses. Planned Parenthood depends upon ignorance to stay in business.
