One of the most valuable reads of my life was "Man's Search for Meaning", by psychiatrist Viktor Frankel, a thin volume readable in an evening. Frankel recounts his near death experience in a nazi death camp with no sugar coating on anything. Frankel describes what really happens to human beings who are spiritually and morally reduced to less than animals, dependent on their sadistic captors for their next minute of life. In the end it's a story of the triumph of the human spirit, but a reminder of that spirit's frailty under inhuman conditions. The book is relevant to this article because Frankel didn't condemn the Jews who herded other Jews into the gas chambers. He realized that in many ways those traitors were more dead than their apparent victims, and would be following them in due time anyway.

Having said all that, known collaborators in a war situation shouldn't be allowed to wear green. They should be made to wear bright white decorated with red concentric circles.

You may have your colors reversed. Machsomwatch is a peace group disrupting the checkpoints. Women in Green is a group monitoring and photographing the disruptors actions and bringing food to the IDF troops.

"...bright white decorated with concentric circles."

Great Idea! Reminds me of a Warner Bros. cartoon! LOL!
