Prayers are needed for Freeper Homeschool Mama and her daughter, who were in a car accident yesterday. Their van was rear-ended and completely totaled. HS Mama will need a bunch of chiropractic work, but her daughter seems to be ok.

I hope your injuries are temporary and you heal quickly hsmama. Please, please ... keep a very wise vigilence regarding your use of pain pills: they can become a very addictive and destructive force in the lives of those fighting chronic pain such as that resulting from whiplash injuries. I've seen it happen to the most abstemious and careful among us. Promise???!

I'm being very careful with the meds, Arne. I may joke around about loving vicodin but rest assured I take the risk seriously and am level headed about it. Thank you kindly for your concern.

Update as of April 5 (and yesterday). Not doing so hot. Great amount of vertigo and head/neck pain. I want off this carnival ride.

El continues to do fine. I mentioned before that there are bruised angels in heaven. Thank you Lord. She has her first pro-meet on the 13th in Santa Rosa. Will be running the 200m and 400m, hurdles and long jump. She simply amazes me.

Again, thank you all and please keep those prayers going. :o)

Thank you for prayer, JP. This accident happened April of 2002 but I still suffer from vertigo and a few other things. It has changed my life. My daughter is fine...my husband joked that my angels ditched me and dog-piled the kid...which is *fine*!
