I'm beginning to realize that about all you know about Constitutional Law is how to spell it. In Texas v. White the Supreme Court did not make law, they ruled that the piece of legislation known as the Texas Articles of Secession were invalid and actions taken under them were without legal standing. Therefore, the act of arbitrary secession was illegal. And the fact that you get up on your hind legs and pronounce the legal reasoning of the majority of the Supreme Court justices was 'wrong' and 'very flawed' happily makes no difference at all because nobody, but nobody, cares what your opinion is. The considered legal opinions of the famous ConfederateMissouri are totally irrelevant in deciding what is legal and what is not. We can all breath a sigh of relief for that, at least.
