I remember channel-surfing and coming across the Trinity Broadcasting Network and seeing some dopey Tammy Faye-wannabe with gargantuan pink hair gushing about what a good Christian Denzel Washington is. While I think Washington is a fine actor, this naive televangelist woman obviously has no clue as to what his true beliefs are. Then again, this same woman also cried (her thick mascara running just like Tammy Faye's) the day JFK Jr. died and talked about how much she liked him. Then The 700 Club came on afterwards, ironically enough.
