The U.S. won't let facts get in the way of putting Arafat on the terrorist list. It's almost inconceivable to imagine how Arafat could get his grimy face on it. He would literally have to be caught, on camera, placing a bomb somewhere. Even then there'd be some excuses.

He practically did - that ship full of munitions was traced back to him so believably that the US agrees he was behind it. And still we try to engage him.
