This disqualifies almost all illegal aliens:

The alien must have been inspected and admitted or paroled, be eligible for an immigrant visa and admissible for permanent residence, and, with some exceptions, have maintained lawful nonimmigrant status. The alien must also not have engaged in unauthorized employment.

You're quoting from Section 245. Go reread the post... the Section in question is 245(i), which refers to Illegals.

Really, there doesn't need to be any confusion. Just read it, and also go to the link I provided at #172. Read that.

You've been provided with all the evidence you need.
