1999 Report detailing (w/ sample excerpts):
1.) Corporate & Government Computers Sabotaged by Foreign Programers
"Michael Vatis of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the top U.S. "cybercop", warned in early October (99) that changes to computer software that might threaten security could have been planted by foreign contractors under the guise of Y2K fixes."
2.) Homeland Defense Created (in 1999)
"Back in January 1999, MSNBC issued a story, Does U.S. need anti-terror troops? Pentagon, FEMA at odds over plans for Homeland Command. A battle is looming over the issue of creating a Homelands Defense Command, a military unit responsible for managing a terrorist attack on U.S. soil. The debate stems from the possibility that in a time of national crisis, a situation could evolve in which American military forces find themselves operating as a national police force patrolling the streets of U.S. cities."
3.) Knowledge that Bin Ladin was going to "hit" New York (in 1999)
"In fact, NewsMax.com issued a release on October 5, 1999. London Report: Bin Laden May Hit New York, Stock Exchange. In the London report, the London-based Terrorism and Security Monitor reported that U.S. intelligence sources are worried that terrorist Osama Bin Laden may be planning a major terrorist attack on U.S. soil."
U.S. sources are said to be particularly concerned about some kind of attack on New York, and they have recommended stepped-up security at the New York Stock Exchange and the Federal Reserve.
4.) US Navy & US Army War College Research (Infrastructure Attacks via computer)
5.) FBI and DOD statements on Infrastructure Terror Attacks
6.) List of Potential Targets
7.) FEMA? or Martial Law in the event of National Crisis?
8.) Government Manuals on forced evacuations
9.) War College Doc from 1994 - Implanting microchips for tracking
