President Bush is really angry about the two visas that recently arrived at the Venice, Fla., flight school for Mohamed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi, two of the hijackers of September 11. He says such a, shall we say, belated INS action is "inexcusable" and shows that our entire immigration service needs reform.

This piece of legislation will seal the fate of central California (and California in general) which is swamped in illegal immigration and does not have the infrastructure in place to deal with these masses.
Many small farming communites are rapidly loosing their cultural history and identity and are simply becoming third world enclaves who lack the sophistication and resources to remain part of the American society.
be able to look the future s/w US majority in the face and say that he created them
Section 245 of the Act allows an alien to apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident (LPR) while in the United States if certain conditions are met. The alien must have been inspected and admitted or paroled, be eligible for an immigrant visa and admissible for permanent residence, and, with some exceptions, have maintained lawful nonimmigrant status. The alien must also not have engaged in unauthorized employment. Section 245(i) of the Act allows an alien to apply to adjust status under section 245 notwithstanding the fact that he or she entered without inspection, overstayed, or worked without authorization.
These are the people for whom last week's 245(i) mods were written. Illegals.
Letting illegals stay = Amnesty for those illegals.
New World Order Son follows New World Order PaPa..
Republicans sell out of the US
I had to LOL at the Student Visa approval ..by the same group of jerks that will over see this amnesty bill
Doesn't that make you feel safe??
Ah, all those little facts that the Republican Leadership and Bush-Bots like to obfuscate.
Bush says No? I say, Heave-Ho.
Who needs another imperial president? If King Jorge thinks we're all just here to take orders, well, I guess the past week and the 600,000 faxs and calls were a wee bit of a wake up call.
I'd like to see one newspaper report on the predictable fate of the INS - and the several million legal and law-abiding immigrants - due to this week's despicable and sleazy vote on 245(i).
And I don't know how GWB and my Congressman are going to come up with the two new votes they'll need to replace mine in 2004.
In the last 12 years, we watched Bush Sr. make the speech about the New World Order, Bill Clinton defiled our Presidency wreaking the most havoc with our military, taking away our rights, selling secrets to our enemies, taking kick backs from making deals with corporations, getting away with rape and murder, and helping facilitate the September 11th Tragedy. Bush Jr, well he's trying to do something to change the minds of America, but is still working on the same agenda that's been coming since Roosevelt was in office. Creating an Economic block that is Canada, The United States, and Mexico. Here's how it works.
First off Canada is the resource part of this grand company. Canada is largely undeveloped, just like most of North America. They have more oil in storage than we buy from Saudi Arabia. They have more trees and resources than we here in America are allowed to harvest. They also have a less valued currency which makes it cheaper for us to buy from them.
The United States is the R&D department. We lead the world in innovations and improvements, not to mention the ability to create new technology and implement it. Unfortunately, Unionized labor makes it difficult to get things done cheaply, so we ship it to Mexico for mass production and export.
Which brings me to Mexico, our favorite 3rd world neighbor. They are poverty stricken. They send their best and brightest here to America to be educated on the backs of the American Taxpayer. They also send their people across the border to work in America, so that they can build the wealth of their nation without creating any industry or commerce in their own country. Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free right? No innovations come out of Mexico. No new technology comes out of that country either. I have yet to see ONE piece of new technology that hasn't been invented yet come out of Mexico.
Do you know why there isn't any innovations or inventions coming out of Mexico??? Because there is NO INCENTIVE FOR THEM TO DEVELOP!!!!
Then there's the crime they import to our country, between the drugs, drug dealers, rapists etc, who come across our borders. Then we have to enact more laws to protect people and children from crimes. Do you see how this works? Not only is Mexico a great source of labor, but is the primary reason why the drug wars has helped escalate the growth of government, law enforcement, and the destruction of the society that was once America.
I'm not anti-Mexico, I'm anti-Illegal Imigration. Giving these people amnesty only means that more people will come in illegally, and further burden the system. We will see our government so far reaching that soon we will either work for the government, or will be on the governmental dole. It's all part of the great agenda to destroy the sovereignty of our nation so that we will fall in line with the United Nations rule. Without America to fight for freedom, then all nations will fall under the totalitarian rule of the UN.
But deliberately cloaked in the bill the first attempted passage was, in fact, to be by unrecorded vote was the highly controversial Section 245(i) amendment to the immigration law, which allows "undocumented" immigrants (who, to employ plainer talk, are really illegal aliens) to immediately get permanent residency. All they need to do is pay the federal government $1,000 and have a close relative or employer sponsor them.
This decision gives people who come here illegally the ability to skirt American law, to move to the front of the line because they have skirted that law, and to avoid any real check on their past. Without it, they would have to return to their own countries, apply legally, probably wait up to 10 years and go through at least the minimal check of experienced visa and consular officers in the American Embassies.
The fact that this entire scenario was cloaked in the secrecy and deception of a spy novel it was included in the day's "suspension calendar," which is generally reserved for noncontroversial matters demonstrates the degree to which the administration is trying to advance its idea of amnesty for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens in America, perhaps up to 9 million."
"Were going to go after all crime, and were going to make sure people get punished for the crime."
George W. Bush - Presidential Debate at Wake Forest University - Oct 11, 2000
"It is not possible to 'take care that the laws be faithfully executed' while deliberately violating the law.."
John Ashcroft - Aug. 1, 1998 (Washington Post).
