You all expose yourselves more and more with your hyperbolic rantings.

Outstanding point. Imagine if we had these America haters in power 250 years ago. They would have closd the borders to George Washington!

I get so sick of this lame point. The reality of the situation is that when George Washington immigrated to this place there were no issues with overpopulated urban areas contributing to urban sprawl, no over-burdened utility infrastructures fighting for life in an era of enviromental activists (all leftists who want less power plants and more immigration, can't wait to see the resolution of THAT one!), and no welfare system for immigrants to turn to with their hands out while states all over the union are making budget cuts, laying off workers, and forcing schools to make huge cutbacks. (And I didn't even mention the issues of health drawbacks, such as immigrants bringing antibiotic-resistant TB and hepatitis with them - it wasn't an issue in the 1700's.)

The simple mind of a liberal refuses to face these facts and insists on reverting to the romantic theme of the hard-working, USA-loving immigrant who only wants to be a part of the American dream. I don't think that those of us with our minds and brains open see it that way anymore. In Iowa, immigrants move into meat-packing plant towns, trash out the neighborhoods they cluster in, and then start forming "activist groups" demanding bilingual education and more "rights." It's a racket.

The one thing it has taught me is the undeniable fact that 3rd world immigrants do not leave the 3rd world behind. It follows them and sets up residence right in our backyards. If leftists cannot see this, then I will add "blind" to the charge of "simple." Ugh!
