Well Top, I have to admit Mike Bilirakis is only a C+ in the NRA's rankings. I'm working on him as far as that's concerned. However, he's an A+ on veterans' issues (you might want to check out his record there). I've spoken with him personally about the criminal Shays-Mehan bill, which he opposed, but haven't looked at his record on eco-nuttiness, etc. Like I said, I'm new in this district, but he's done well thus far.
