"anyway, if you could please say a little prayer for us, I would certainly appreciate it." Consider yourselves prayed for! (hope it's ok to jump in here and say that). My neighbors across the street had that happen to them. He was hired and they moved and immediately laid him off! His wife who was not working outside the home had to go to work - went to work at a local bank. He found another position and then another with a different company - and they didn't have to move. Now, they have done so well, they "retired" and moved to the beach!!!! (She is still working for the bank and he is trying to find a new career in that part of the world). It is devastating when this happens to you - so your emotions are very understandable. IT's OK to be frightened and furious! Really. That's so normal!!!!! But FReepers prayer friends will join you in praying. Somehow it will all work out! IT WILL!

Thank you for your sweet note. I hope things turn out for us as well as they did for your neighbor. I'm sure they will. I was so looking forward to getting moved, getting settled and getting life back to normal for the kids. We have been on a roller coaster since September. I worry so much about money too. Life will get back to normal. I guess it just won't be on my time. LOL :)
