Just how many independent and discouraged Democrats will Simon have to garner to win in November??? Not too many.

My left coast brother (Anahiem) believes the end is near for Davis. We can only hope.

One of my brothers in California is a Democrat, and he'd rather swallow broken glass than vote for Davis in November. I have no idea who he voted for on Tuesday, but it wasn't the Doofus.

Nice analysis, but it's Simon's to win. He's got a long row to hoe, but, with the right approach he just might. I sure hope so, and I sure hope that President Bush and Rudy Giuliani give him all the help that they can.

Simon has a real opportunity to win IF George Bush and the RNC support him. I sure hope they do. Otherwise, it will be a disaster for all concerned.

Very encouraging! Thanks for taking the time to put this together.
I was one of the Repubs that did a mass exodus from the Peoples Republic of California in the early nineties. While I have a few fond memories, I thank God and Greyhound that I'm gone. I sure would like to see a change.
