I'm not sure what your point is. I think that all institutions that deal with children need policies that make it difficult for preditors to be alone with kids, particularly one on one. What is required is an institutionalized distrust.

I know this goes against the grain of churches, but people have to recognize that places where kids congregate will attract preditors.

You are so right. But, I have noticed an institutionalized movement to "make right", sexual transgression. The Hollywood movie "Victor Victoria" for example.

No one would for a moment think that the humans on the planet are free of sexual problems that spell death. However, if things go right, against the current of the rich and powerful,that is,than maybe the person could realize that the love for a child is what it really is all about.

And, going back thousands of years, that is what it has always been about!
