you can now see why the French and Italians are the king and queen of Surrender monkeys.
I think they actually belived they could spin thier way out of it (you can't blame them for that though, they watched X42 spin the nation for years). Instead they just made it worse and dug themselves in deeper.
And they had the gaul to joke about how W got elected!
