True, the Central Valley is strongly for Jones. My hope is that whichever one of them looks the most viable close to election time, that voters will unite behind that candidate and give him the extra push to beat Riordan.

But if voters never hear from Jones and see and hear Simon and Riordan on the radio and TV then I think they will do exactly as you wish them to and will polarize behind the two leading contenders. Hopefully most of them for Simon and NOT Riordan!
