Why do you refer to Costin as a victim,IMHO I would call him the perpertrator.None of this would have happened had he not swung on Junta.If a robber pulls a gun on a store manager and the manager pulls his and kills him would you call the robber a victim also?Granted,he was a victim of violence but he was the one that started the violence.I think Junta should have been aquitted IMHO.

It's in relation to the fact that Costin was the victim and he's dead and Junta is the convicted defendant. Other than semantics our positions are reasonably close.
