The globalist free-traders see no evil, only opportunities. They would have traded with Hitler if it made money (some did). Look at all the trade with China. Here is a link to the US-China Chamber of Commerce. This is ridiculous.

"Hello my friends"

Halo, mi amigo.

"I originally posted this in breaking news with the hopes that enough people became outraged at the desecration of a what has become to symbolize American heroes. The baseball cap bearing the letters FDNY is nearly as sacred in my mind as our flag, but apparently, not to members of Congress, they seem to think of it as some sort of souvenir."

Luis, I am now four generations distanced from my immigrant kin...this is no particular honor to celebrate nor weight to bear, just the facts. Still, I envy you and most Recent Arrivals to our shores...you seem so much more thankful for the blessings too many Americans take for granted!!

"Maybe this isn't important, and maybe I am making way too much of it, but I can't put into words the incredible rage I felt, when I saw the monster of the caribbean wearing the cap. I felt as if he had just defecated on the bodies of heroic Americans."

Yer Rage is fully 100% justified, IMHO!! The Leftist PUNKS like Danny Rather-Biased and Whorealdo need to accept the FACT that Fidel Castro is every bit as much a TerroristTyrant as Osama bil Clinton hisself!! Instead of rewarding him with this Propaganda Bonanza, we oughtta be plotting his ASSASSINATION and the Overthrow of those who thuggishly support his tyrannical ways!!

"If you believe that this word needs to get out, please keep the thread bumped..."

Will do, mi amigo.

"Thanks"

De nada...El Barro

Under Scottish Law, Fidel Castro is a resident of NYC...

Now, that's funny.

This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!

It is wrong (not to mention illegal) for anyone to impersonate a police officer. Same thing with a fireman. Simply wearing the hat is a step in the direction of assuming part of their identity.

When President Bush was gifted with a hat, it was a great honor and compliment. It was a statement that he was worthy of being in their ranks. The same could be said of Giuliani, and a handful of others that were chosen to be honored in this way.

If I were to wear a similar hat, I would be claiming stature that I had not begun to earn. If I saw you wearing that hat, I would wonder it you were worthy of that distinction. Personally I don't think anyone beside the police and fire department personnel (and a very few honored civilians) should be wearing that symbol.

For scum like Castro to be wearing a garment that symbolizes America by being everything that is courageous, bold, and sacred, is beyond blasphemy. It is an unspeakably filthy insult to this country. Whatever member of congress that did this should be tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail!!

There are (were) six Reps. there this week:
William Delahunt (D-CA)
Jo Ann Emerson (R-MO)
Stephen Lynch (D-MA)
Vic Snyder (D-AR)
William Clay (D-MO)
Hilda Solis (D-CA)

Luis, my friend, I have searched several relevent sites and cannot find the picture you are looking for, however, I DID find a connection that might go far in explaining how this atrocity came to pass.

The Clinton Connection:

HAVANA, Cuba (AP) -- The former U.S. diplomat who housed Cuban boy Elian Gonzalez during the last weeks of his stay in the United States on Tuesday predicted a warming of Cuba-U.S. relations this year.

"My prediction for 2002, despite the events of September 11 and a 40-year history, is that we may see some dramatic breakthroughs," Sally Grooms Cowal said as she wrapped up a visit to the island with six U.S. representatives of Congress.

"There is a real desire on the part of the government, the entrepreneurs and the dissidents" in Cuba for rapprochement, said Cowal, president of the Cuba Policy Foundation, and former ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago.

U.S. Rep. William Delahunt, a Democrat from Massachusetts, said he had a similar sense after the fourth meeting he has held in recent years with President Fidel Castro.

Luis...May I say that I believe you and like-minded Cubans to be fine, honorable people and I'm damn glad you're citizens of the United States.

And I hope that one day, those of you that wish to be repatriated with Cuba can do so under democratic and auspicious circumstances.

Probably was Hilary.

This 9-11 thing has done more damage than we will ever know. An already shaky resistance to this terrorist(Castro) is made worse by his once staunch adversaries having their minds pointed at Bin Lauden and ignoring Castro. I can already hear the American public after an onslaught from the liberal leftist press, "He really isn't so bad, I mean when you compare him to Bin Lauden. Maybe we should lift the embargo, after all he isn't going to fight us using the base and he didn't blow up the Trade towers"

Is this the way you are reading it?
