I realize you meant to say "disagrees with Bush" but anyway............ The personal attacks are very, very equal and any fair person on either side must admit that.
I don't need to look far at all to cite numerous examples. The underlying cause is obviously the frustration of seeing a given situation very differently. Keyes seems to be a love-him-or-hate-him kind of guy. Naturally people get hot whenever he is discussed.
I am partial toward the anti-Keyesters and make this statement with that in mind. Keyes and the majority of his fans add a layer of superiority to their remarks and it incites people that don't agree. It is one thing to battle it out but quite another to be labeled immoral, ignorant, or a Constitution-hater because one doesn't buy the Keyes agenda or manner in which it is presented. That is the highest level of baiting and goes beyond simply arguing one's personal take.
Once again this very conversation illustrates seeing this disagreement with very different eyes.
