I think you just see what you want to see...Anyone can claim that they are healing in the name of Jesus...fakes do that all the time...its part of their act...at least that is how I see it...you obviously dont...we differ on perceptions...

And please, if indeed Benny Hinn was a 'true' healer, no one would have need of regular doctors...the people Jesus healed, were completely healed...I dont recall the Bible telling of them running off to a doctor for a confirmation....

And as far as my saying I dont judge Benny, I dont...he will be judged later, by his creator....I dont judge him, I just dont believe him or anything he says...and as for venom dripping from my every sentence, that is your perception and you are entitled to it...and I am entitled to my perception...as I see it, you are willing to believe in Benny Hinn, and I am not...so be it...that has nothing to do with my belief in God, and in Jesus and in the Bible...Benny just shows me that people will use whatever means they can to get money...you obviously dont agree with that...so we disagree...

And if there is any venom dripping from my sentences, its because I have seen people duped by charlatans such as Benny Hinn...and that is what I consider him, a charlatan....and that belief I have does not at all shake my belief that there are good Christians everywhere, who earnestly try to help others, without the trick of gaining money from that help...I just dont believe that Benny Hinn is one of those good Christians....that is not a judgement, as far as I am concerned, that is just seeing the man for what he is...

The apostle Luke was a doctor and Jesus was there with Him. You sound much more at ease this time, you must have spent all your frustration on your first post. I know there are many charlatans out there and am sorry for the people that were duped. But all the fundamentalist christian leadership I hear seem to support Benny Hinn. I was born a Lutheran and married and became Catholic. When I became a born again I searched out a non-denomination church that taught from the Bible and wasn't hung up on theological doctrine developed by man. Many of the fundamentalist concepts are foreign to traditional religious teaching. Like we're spirit beings, God wants us well, the Holy Spirit has gifts that allow us to lead better lives and ward off ills, etc. Most of what's on TBN comes from a fundamentalist viewpoint and doesn't mesh with traditional religious teachings as we see here. I know that we all have our own opinions and viewpoints. Thanks for yours.
