I wouldn't count on that. The only Arab nations that give more than lip-service to worrying about the Palestinians is Jordan.

If you remember, in the past the the volitile border that Israel had the eastern one, with Jordan. After they signed the aggreement, it shifted to the lebanon. Jordan gives more than lip-servise, but it's also very afraid of Israel's military might, they still remember the war of '67.
