How can ANYONE even think about the Constitutional rights of ANY terrorist after 9/11!

I wasn't aware that our Constitution applied to non-Citizens. What am I missing?

I think the same thing everyone else has, it was just discussed on Fox news that, the way the executive order is written, Bush can accuse anyone of being a terrorist, even a Citizen of the United States, and then that person would be subject to one of the 'secret military tribunals.'
