Yet, a review of your posts reveals anything President Bush does or says seems alright with you ... I, on the other hand, have at least been critical of my guy--particularly on the immigration question (endorsing Bush's amnesty plan for illegal Mexican aliens). I voted for Bush (though I should say voted against Gore) and support him as CIC. But I still find his captaincy of the ship of state leaving a lot to be desired. Even though he hasn't yet grounded us on the rocks and shoals of the troubled waters we're in (ala Blubber and Hildabeaste), he has managed to make a few of us seasick with economic policies (I have to give him a "B" on the fight against terrorism and will gladly turn it into an "A-plus" when I see ground troops).
If you are spending your time reading all my posts, you need to get a life. Two things I have not agreed with the President on: the Education Bill, which I think Kennedy hijacked, and this proposal, IF it is what McCain says it is and IF the President really supports it. Since I haven't seen the bill and because Bayh is notorious for claiming credit for things that are not what they seem, I am suspicious that the bill the President is backing is this one.
If this is what he is backing, well, I think he is making a mistake, and I won't agree with him on this issue.
Why are you attacking my support of the President? Is there a requirement that we all agree with you?
