I kind of thought it would be mostly rich liberal white college kids promoting government spending and leftist programs. I can't believe Bush is for this. Perhaps he conned us conservatives to get into office, or maybe he's gotten to desire the approval of the media. Whatever the reason, it's awful.

Or maybe he's playing politics. This bill was just introduced and is a long way from becoming law. There's no reason for W to create unnecessary enemies at this point in a piece of legislations life.
