I worked for many years on Navy contracts, meaning that I had the great privilege of working around the special folks who make up our USNavy. Yet, I never see the picture of the soldier taking the flag from the Fireman, that says, "I'll take it from here", that I dont just choke up.

That photo of the jet wash from the fighter jet on the carrier deck is a real keeper, isn't it? Go Navy!!

I have a special recipe for brownies, a family secret for the best brownies ever, and hope to get an address where I'm allowed to send 'em. Probably this Anthrax stuff has ended that hope forever. Oh well, I'll have to buy some M&M's or Snickers or something. Can't blame the Military for wanting only items with commercial wrappers on them.

To all our wonderful military folks who might be reading this, I simply want to say I think y'all are the greatest, that I pray for you every day, and that we welcome you here, to support you in whatever small measure we can. God bless you. God bless America.
